HFA’s Symposium is an annual community-centered educational event that draws hundreds of members from the bleeding disorders community together to share information, learn new advancements and build a network of support! Each year, we offer travel or hotel scholarships to first-time attendees who need financial assistance. But please note, these scholarships are on a first-come-first-serve basis and go quickly.
Also, 2019 marks our 25th Anniversary! For the past 25 years we have been dedicated to providing advocacy, assistance and education to those both in and out of the bleeding disorders community. So come celebrate this important milestone with us and let’s work toward another 25 years. See you in San Diego!
